Students from Fifth and Transition Year have just returned from a very successful tour in Italy. The students spent their first day in Rome where they visited the Pantheon, Colesesum, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. They went on to their base in Sorrento where they spent three nights. Highlights of the visit included a day in the Island of Capri, a visit to an olive plantation and an ice cream-making workshop. The ancient wonders of Pompeii were discovered in a fascinating guided tour. The intricacies of  making mozzerella cheese were shown to students with an opportunity to taste afterwards. On two evenings, students got a chance to prepare their own meals in a cookery school.

A “Bellissima” experience never to be forgotten.
