Transition Year Students visit Flextronics

On 29th Feb, fifteen students visited Flextronics for Engineering Week. They were shown how products are assembled and the processes that each part of the finished product has to go through to be able to be sold. Students were assigned to staff members in certain sections of the “floor”, which was where all different parts were assembled. The students really enjoyed the experience of working in an engineering plant.
