The Transition Year students travelled to Graball Bay yesterday to clean up all the rubbish that was left on the beach. They picked up rubbish like cans, string, rope, plastic bottles and even a shoe. The students were joined by Aidan Gray, a spokesperson from Clean Coast Ireland http://www.cleancoastsireland.org/. Clean Coast Ireland is about the protection and enhancement of Ireland’s coastline. The students collected seven full bin bags of rubbish!
